School Operator is an AI assistant that does everyday work for school staff, like attendance reports and parent emails, in the tools your school already uses. Staff watch the assistant’s computer as a video stream in the School Operator app, and can step in at any time.

Recommended

1. Allow outbound UDP, for the smoothest video from the assistant’s computer. To open less, allow only UDP port 3478 to turn.schooloperator.com, which is 18.210.105.10.
2. If you can’t allow UDP and your filter decrypts HTTPS, exempt live.schooloperator.com and turn.schooloperator.com from TLS inspection, or the video can’t connect. These carry only the video.

Troubleshooting

Ask a staff member to open Network check from the School Operator menu. It tests each connection and says what to allow. Or email support@schooloperator.com.
